Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid Wappfly subscriptions provided by RED PRESS WIRE LTD (company no. 17054431). Payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms.

1. Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so no refund applies. You can stop using it at any time by deleting your account from the dashboard.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid plan and aren't satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, email billing@wappfly.com and we'll refund the most recent payment in full — no questions asked. This applies once per account, on your first paid month only.

Under UK consumer law, where applicable, you may also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right; this policy is intended to meet or exceed that right.

3. Recurring charges

Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by emailing billing — there are no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months outside the 14-day window. Unused quota in a billing period does not roll over.

4. Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. The price difference is not refunded — you simply pay the lower amount from the next cycle onward.

5. Service-related refunds

If we have a major service outage — defined as Wappfly being unreachable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a fault attributable to us — we'll credit your next invoice on a pro-rata basis. WhatsApp protocol changes, your number being banned by WhatsApp, or third-party outages (Stripe, hosting, Meta) are outside our control and are not eligible for service credit.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us at billing@wappfly.com before initiating a chargeback. We're a small team and can usually resolve any issue within one business day. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

7. How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@wappfly.com from the email on your Wappfly account.
  2. Include your invoice ID (from Stripe) and a short note on why you're requesting a refund.
  3. We aim to acknowledge within 1 business day and to issue approved refunds within 5–10 business days. The amount appears back on your original payment method, depending on your bank's clearing time.
